We have used him twice as our realtor in Greenville. He first helped us to purchase our first home and become first time homeowners. When we needed to relocate, I didn't even question who to call. At the beginning of our research into buying our first home, we were overwhelmed and a little apprehensive about the process of home-buying. We were paired by a reputable veteran home financing company with a realtor the first time around who was laxidazical about helping us find a home. We were unimpressed and lacked the excitement that buying your first home should entail. After doing a little more research into other possibilities for realtors I stumbled on Brian’s website. I was very happy to see that he specialized in finding veterans homes and knew the ins-and-outs of VA home loans- which can be very taxing. Meeting Brian in person was terrific! He was very thorough in explaining to us the process of buying a home; everything from the details of the inspection to some tips on the regular maintenance of homes. My wife and I were super impressed and signed with him that day. Knowing that we were on a timeline with our apartment lease we were able to give some time to searching the market to find the best fit for us. Brian sent us updates on homes that had just come on the market daily as the market in our area is pretty competitive to keep us as up-to-date as possible! We looked at several homes before finding our dream home! It was in our price range, great location to jobs, and perfect for our very first home. This is the part of the home buying process that we were thinking would be stressful with communicating with our loan officer, who is out of state, and realtor, and signing documents. Brian made it as easy as possible for us and we were able to sign documents electronically and communicated everything to the loan officer on our behalf! Closing could not have gone smoother! Our sellers were terrific in providing details of the house to us and all paperwork was settled in 45 minutes!! I found Brian, after talking to a couple different realtors. He responded very quickly, and explained and answered all my questions. He got me in fast, when I wanted to see a house. After looking at some pretty crappy houses, he pointed me in the right direction, and I found one I love! Closing come a long, and I believe without Brian's help, I would not have closed when I did, which would then have been hard to reschedule vacation, and get moved, all that. He makes stuff happen, plain and simple. I'd send anyone his way, who wants to buy a house!

He communicates very well which is important when buying a home. I tried other agents but Brian was the only one that seemed like he actually wanted to help. Do yourself a favor a call him if you're in need of an agent.

Not being from around this area a friend recommended Brian. He lived up to all of our expectations and then some. This being our first time looking at houses, I had no idea what to look for but Brian helped me and saw things in the houses that I would have never seen. We were also in some what of a hurry to find a house and Brian was extremely patient with us. I was calling, texting and emailing him almost daily with new houses that we wanted to take a look at. Being the summer months, houses were gone as soon as they were listed so we were getting a little frustrated but Brian kept reminding us that we would find our perfect house and we did. After helping us find our perfect home he was there through every step after, with the negotiating and all the inspections. My only "issue" with Brian was that he marketed our house so well, it went under contract in less than 24 hours. My wife and I had not began to look at other properties yet, simply because we had no clue our home would sell so quickly.
